End sessions with closure and the export choice

Learn the interface using neutral demonstration content. This tutorial is not clinical training.

  1. Use your clinical closure process before ending the technical room; allow time for orientation and support planning.
  2. Choose End session. The existing dialog offers Download report & end, End without downloading, or Cancel.
  3. Download when appropriate before ending. The current note draft is included by the existing export workflow.
  4. Confirm the download is available and handle it under practice policy. Returning to a closed room is not a method of retrieving local notes.
